The facilities and location, the hotel is very nice
bathroom, shower door doesn't seal and all the water comes out. There were no towels (there were four of us in the room), receptionist said they didn't provide small towels for the face and hands. captain of the waiters didn't have an order for the assignment of tables in the buffet on Sunday and it took hours to give me the bill for a sad coke, I left angry because my bill didn't arrive so if he ran me over, I went back to the checkout to pay it and another 10 minutes I waited and they didn't give me my bill, I went out to smoke without paying for the coke and again he ran me over? I was a guest, I wasn't going to run away for a coke but the guy behaved badly.

1. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and try to locate you from where the places to visit are.2. The breakfast cook is super friendly and talks if you give him conversation. Very nice. The pillows were two of very good quality. This made me feel at home when I slept.
1. One day during my stay one of the waiters made fun of a lady and then was talking about a guest, with another colleague about how "hot she was". Nothing professional.2. In the bathroom I found cockroaches.3. When I wanted to turn it on, and when I didn't, it didn't. 4. They didn't always give me new soaps. The last day they didn't. It was as if the more days I had left, the less they attended to my room. And they didn't put in a hand towel on the last day either. I had to use the body towel to dry my hands.5. The door to the balcony doesn't look so safe and because the balcony is connected to other rooms it's a bit suspicious.

The room with a view of Avenida Mexico was great. Having a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets was very convenient. The location was comfortable, within walking distance from Guachimontones Pyramids. The restaurant was conveniently located within 200 feet.

The bed we had was quite comfortable, and although small in general the room was functional and clean, the view was nice, it is located in an easily accessible place and close to restaurants (there is a small Italian on the other side of the nearest roundabout that is very good) and serves quite well to stay a couple of nights, perfect sleep. . Almost all the receptionists were nice, particularly one tall person, I think his name is Joel who was quite helpful.
There is a person in reception who is quite haughty; I don't remember the name but it was the night shift; perhaps you would do well to understand that what you do is your job and not a favor. I returned the keys and he never offered to bill me or at least a note for the services so if you need it, remember to ask for it. I can't comment on the breakfast included but if you come down later than 10 I recommend you look elsewhere; the buffet breakfast in the restaurant is not very varied, not very tasty and very expensive for what they offer. . Finally we had problems with the door lock system, we reported it but they didn't fix it very well either.
